About
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects a person’s ability to focus, regulate impulses, and manage energy levels. It’s not a behavior problem or a discipline issue—it’s a different way the brain is wired.
There are three main types:

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neuro-developmental disorder that affects a person’s ability to control hyperactivity, manage impulsivity, achieve a normal degree of focus, sustained attention, and the ability to follow instructions.
Technology Addiction
Excessive, compulsive use of digital devices, gaming, or the internet, often interfering with daily life and health.
Hyper-Fixation
The tendency to fixate on one activity for extended periods, often linked to ADHD.
IEP
(Individualized Education Program)
An educational plan ensuring students with learning disabilities (including ADHD) receive support in schools.
ADA/IDEA
(Americans with Disabilities Act / Individuals with Disabilities Education Act)
U.S. law ensuring rights for individuals with disabilities, including ADHD.
